The Alphaville Brasília Project, in which Brasif holds a 50% stake, was launched in partnership with Alphaville Urbanismo, the largest land development company in the country. In a privileged location in Brasília, the site covers an area of 22 million m². The project, after the launch of all stages, will create a modern urban complex for a city of up to 200,000 inhabitants, including residential, commercial, leisure, and educational areas, within a high-standard structure.

    • Avanti Hotels

Brasif holds a 95% stake in Avanti International Resort and Avanti Palms Resort hotels, both located on International Drive in Orlando, USA.

Brasif’s involvement included the prospecting of properties and acquisition of assets from former operators. From then on, a new and modern architectural project was developed, with the renovation of the entire structure, in addition to redesigning the hotel’s service model, which ensured a high occupancy rate and an increase in average daily rates since the re-openings. The brand – Avanti – was created by Brasif, incorporating this new concept.

The properties have areas available for expansion and new developments.

  • Financial Investments

Brasif has an extensive history of financial investments in Brazil and abroad, including liquid assets and private equity. With proprietary capital, a fundamentalist vision, diligent analysis and monitoring of investments, and a long-term focus, the investment team manages the current portfolio and constantly analyzes new opportunities.

    • Private Equity

Brasif acts as a leader or co-investor in private equity and venture capital operations, continuously studying the acquisition of stakes in different stages of business development, both in Brazil and abroad.

The investment philosophy is to seek long-term value creation through growth, increased operational efficiency, creation of a solid management structure, talent search and retention, continuous innovation, constant analysis of performance indicators, and discipline in management decision-making, always aiming for a return on invested capital.

Brasif invests in various segments of the economy and currently has stakes in companies, in Brazil and abroad, in the retail, industry, infrastructure, and technology sectors.

Brasif actively works to build value, supporting operational initiatives, analyzing strategies, and monitoring performance and the competitive environment.

    • Liquid Assets

Brasif makes investments in variable income, fixed income, hedge, and derivatives, in Brazil and abroad, through self-managed funds and third-party managed funds.

With a long-term investment philosophy focused on capital preservation, it holds a significant stake in some listed companies. The investment portfolio consists of companies that combine characteristics of a gap between their fair and market value, high return on capital, and sustainable competitive advantages.

Brasif seeks companies in which it can be an investor for several years, following the execution of business strategies and actively monitoring the competitive environment in which it operates. Thus, the investment team’s focus is directed towards perennial factors in value creation, rather than short-term result fluctuations.

  • Agribusiness

Brasif has an extensive history of investments in agribusiness, managing its own farms for planting crops such as soybeans and corn, beef cattle, and the breeding, genetic improvement, and commercialization of elite cattle. • Elite Cattle

Brasif’s farms are a reference in Brazil for having one of the best Nelore cattle in the world. Brasif has been actively involved in this work since 1971 at Mata Velha Farms and later at Santa Marina Farm.

This success is achieved due to the superior genetics acquired, accumulated, and multiplied over the years in the herd, as well as the special care it receives. The goal is to make each new generation of Nelore superior to the previous one. Year after year, Brasif has been achieving this, as evidenced by the more than three dozen awards and medals received by its animals at exhibitions, the recognition as the best exhibitor for several years, the records obtained at its animal auctions, and the performance achieved in the commercialization of its genetic material.

    • Beef Cattle and Agriculture

Brasif maintains a herd that totals thousands of head of beef cattle and areas for planting soybeans, corn, eucalyptus, and sugarcane. In addition to exploiting these lands from a productive point of view, it primarily invests to obtain returns from assets acquired opportunistically, in regions with high appreciation potential.

In the current portfolio, Santa Terezinha Farm stands out, with 40,000 hectares in Mato Grosso, in a highly productive region that has been receiving logistical and infrastructure improvements. Brasif acquired and invested in the land and improvements to bring it up to the standard of the best farms in the country.
